Recruiting Tommy's First Candidates
Your first target is Tommy Lonegan, a comedian residing at the Atomic Wrangler casino in Freeside. Engaging him in conversation allows you to convince him to sign a contract for the Aces Theater. With sufficient Speech skill or Barter capability, you can negotiate better contract terms for both yourself and the performer.
Next, seek out Billy Knight, a street performer standing near the main entrance of Freeside. Talking to Billy reveals his desire for a larger audience and stable employment on the Strip. Presenting Tommy's offer easily convinces him to pack his belongings and head straight to The Tops.
Locating the Final Performers
The third recruit is Bruce Isaac, a singer laying low at Novac in one of the motel rooms. Bruce is hiding from Mr. Bishop after a fallout in New Reno, making him eager for a new gig. Reassuring him about security at The Tops will persuade him to take the stage once again.
Finally, track down Hadrian, a ghoul comedian working at the Atomic Wrangler under James Garret's contract. To recruit Hadrian, you must either pay off his contract with James Garret or use Speech checks to negotiate his release. Once free, Hadrian gladly joins the roster at the Aces Theater.
Completing the Quest and Rewards
Return to Tommy Torini at The Tops after securing agreements from all four performers to finish the mission. Tommy rewards you with Caps for each act recruited, alongside bonus payout if you negotiated higher rates. Visiting the Aces Theater later lets you watch all four recruited acts perform live on stage.
